DRAFT — these terms cover the Demandex demand-intelligence API. Demandex is an
e-commerce demand gauge for AI agents: pay per call, receive demand verdicts and
opportunity cards mined from public Reddit posts. Physical products only.

1. PARTIES & ACCEPTANCE
   Using the Service — including having software you deploy call the API —
   accepts these Terms. Under UETA / E-SIGN electronic-agent rules, deploying an
   agent = the principal's acceptance; each request and payment binds you.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION — INFORMATIONAL ONLY
   Demandex classifies public Reddit complaint/intent posts into demand signals,
   clusters them into scored opportunity cards, and answers ad-hoc demand
   verdicts. It covers PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ONLY. Output is informational market
   intelligence, NOT advice and NOT a guarantee of any business, sales, or
   revenue outcome. You are responsible for your own commercial decisions.

3. DATA PROVENANCE
   Evidence is quoted from public Reddit posts, each attributed with its
   subreddit, upvote count, and permalink so every claim is traceable to its
   source. Demandex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit
   or any post author. Quotes are reproduced under fair-use/informational
   purposes for market analysis.

4. PAYMENT TERMS
   Paid endpoints are priced per call in USD and settled as USDC via x402 on Base
   (eip155:8453). Prices: trending $0.01, category list $0.02, full card $0.05,
   demand gauge $0.03, live gauge $0.10. The free /v1/categories and
   /v1/sample/opportunity endpoints require no payment. Compute-first /
   settle-after: you are NOT charged for errors (validation 400, not-found 404,
   synthesis-unavailable 503, live-timeout 504). A verdict of "no demand found"
   is a real, billable answer. Taxes and network fees are the buyer's. No bundles
   or subscriptions.

5. REFUND POLICY
   Because the Service settles only after successfully computing a billable
   answer, charges without delivery should not occur. Otherwise all sales final.

6. PRIVACY
   Query text you submit is processed to produce the response and may be cached
   (normalized) to serve the 7-day verdict cache. Payment settlement facts (payer
   address, tx hash) may be logged for accounting. No account or personal data is
   collected.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE
   No unlawful use. No circumventing rate limits or payment. Free endpoints are
   rate-limited; abusive traffic may be throttled or blocked. Do not use the
   Service to harass, deanonymize, or target any Reddit author.

8. AS-IS / NO WARRANTY
   Service and output provided "AS IS" / "AS AVAILABLE" with no warranties of any
   kind. Demand estimates are probabilistic and may be wrong. No uptime, latency,
   or continuity guarantee; no SLA.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any
   commercial loss from acting on a demand verdict. Total liability capped at fees
   paid to the Service in the prior 30 days.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
    Governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment (Poland) and
    applicable EU law; disputes before the competent courts there, subject to
    mandatory consumer-protection rights.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS
    We may update these Terms; the version/effective date and canonical URL will
    be revised. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
